With a career now entering its 13th year, DJ grandmaster and festival legend D-Nox has become an internationally renowned performer, respected by DJs and clubbers alike for his innovative club music. The DJ side has seen him playing almost every part of the world, with the ability to turn a normal party into an electronic carnival. Besides running the two labels Sprout & Plastik Park, which achieved the support of big names such as John Digweed, Pete Tong, Satoshi Tomiie, Oliver Klein or Hector Romero, D-Nox has also been working on his own productions for the last few years. The first international breakthrough came in 2003 as Groove Express on Sprout. Together with his mate Frank Beckers he nowadays makes up one of Germany´s most highly acclaimed duos for progressive house music, D-Nox & Beckers, with releases on Infusion´s label Polaroid, Kasey Taylor´s Vapour Recordings sublabel Vapourise, Sprout and Baroque as well as remixes for Air Bureau, Minilogue and Proton Radio Records. About time to release his first ever D-Nox solo single on his friends´label platform. The original track has got everything a track needs to simply explode on every dancefloor - a bassdrum with the punch of Muhammed Ali in his best times, a driving high voltage bassline and a break to die for. The remix of Denmark´s man-of-the-moment and Out of Orbit label owner MARTINEZ on the flip just couldn´t be a better alternative to top this package off to a club weapon not to be missed! Martinez, who has just finished remixes for Soma Recording´s Silicone Soul and Nathan Fake´s tune-of-the-year “The sky was pink”, delivered his most outstanding and charming interpretation to date, deep and atmospheric, but at the same time uplifting and intoxicating. Sky´s the limit! !
