Männer und Frauen haben in offenbar pro­fessioneller Produktionsumgebung alle Fan­tasie fahren lassen und typische Dance-Lyrics und -Adlibs eingesungen: Typische Autotune-Effekte und heftige Kompression wirken stilecht. Dabei wurden komplette Textphrasen eingesungen (allerdings ohne er­kennbaren Refrain oder Ähnliches), die man so nehmen und kombinieren muss, wie sie sind: gut produziert, authentischer Sound, aber praktisch sinnfrei. UItimate Vocals Vol. 1 is a brilliantly convenient disc, containing over an hour of audlo, comprising hundreds of male and female vocal parts, handlly labelIed w1th tempos and suggested keys. A1though lor the most part the vocals are well recorded and performed to a high standard, the disc might not be the ideal shortcut to a great vocal track, il only because the English isn't entirely consistent. But hey, if you're willing to get a Iittle creative in the application 01 what's provided, then you might just find that missing detail your track needs to give it more personality and identity.
